Crown & Anchor is traditionally played for gambling purposes by sailors in the Royal Navy as well as those in the British merchant and fishing fleets.

With a grape growing history dating back to 1838, McLaren Vale was one of the earliest regions settled and developed for grape growing. We sourced fruit from a small block in a single vineyard, hand nurturing the vines then crushing and fermenting in small batches prior to aging for 12 months in new oak barrels. A wine worth gambling on and cellaring for years to come. Fair winds and following seas.
